To put on an event this large, we need help. Looking for folks to add decorations here and there as directed. You will report to the FNO Hospitality Suite at 10 am on Saturday.

We also welcome decoration ideas. Let’s make the takeover sexy spooky classy.

We welcome all lifestyle groups to join us. If you are an admin or owner of a group and would like to host your members at the hotel takeover, reach out to us. We can set you up with a block of rooms just for your club.

And, if you have 5 or more rooms booked under your club, the Admin’s room and party ticket is on us.

We are looking for a few folks to join our security detail for Friday and Saturday night. You will be tasked with keeping our guest safe by monitoring entryways and checking wristbands.

If we can get enough volunteers, you will work one of three shifts:
8 pm - 10 pm
10 pm to 12 am
12 pm to 2 am (Friday Only)

REWARD: Free party ticket and one free ticket to an event at the FNO Clubhouse. Non-FCG’s are encouraged to volunteer. This will get you an AUTOMATIC FCG number.

We are looking to have a talent show with the first round being Friday. The top three entertainers move on to the finals on Saturday. The grand prize is $100 and a free FNO event at the clubhouse. All participants get a free FNO event.

Your talent could be anything from singing to dancing to lip-syncing. Just have fun with it.

We are looking for vendors, lifestyle or otherwise to offers your goods and services at our hotel takeover. There is no cost for the space, however it is limited so first come. first served.

We will need to see a photo of your booth setup for final consideration.
